VOICES OF VICTORY are  minstrels that the Lord uses to create the atmosphere for service and who helps break up the fallow ground before the Word of God comes forth.  They are Holy Vessels being used of the Lord to usher the congregation into the presence of the Lord and also to usher in the anointing into the service.

 

Voices of Victory allows  the Holy Spirit to minister through them, therefore the worship and praise service of VTOM is electrifying and full of power!
